About Pinehurst, TX - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!
Pinehurst, Texas is a community of over 4,000 people spread out over 9 square miles of land in southeastern Texas, and it's eastern border is less than 3 miles from the Louisiana state line. It was incorporated as a city in 1955, and named after the Pinehurst Ranch owned by Edgar Brown, Jr., who was instrumental in the incorporation process. At the time of incorporation the city only had about 600 residents, but growth through the years has been slow but steady.
Local businesses serving the greater Houston area include concrete repair supplier Endur-O-Seal, Hargraves Computer Service and Lone Star Caterer. Worshippers from all over Montgomery County attend Pinehurst's Harvest Christian Center, and the city of Pinehurst itself sponsors annual event such as the Senor Citizen picnic, which attracts over 700 people per year.
Pinehurst has a typical southeastern Texas climate, with winter temperatures seldom dropping below 40 degrees and snowfall negligible to nonexistent. Rainfall, on the other hand, tends to range from 3-6†a month year-round, and humidity is always on the high side. Temperatures peak in the low 90s in July and August, but soon taper off into a cool, pleasant fall. Local residents enjoy many outdoor activities in the surrounding area, including fishing, camping and hunting.
